BODLE STREET ART GROUP will be meeting on Friday 26 June from 1.30 to 4.30pm when a visiting professional artist will be joining the monthly art group at the Bodle Street Green Village Hall. A step by step watercolour tutorial, you will be able to come away with a completed watercolour for which there are two themes available to choose from and with expert tuition. All abilities welcome to join. It is a relaxed and non-judgement environment to enjoy an afternoon of painting. Numbers will be limited for new people wishing to join and participate in the workshop so booking early is recommended at £18 with £5 deposit required in advance to secure your place. A MOTHER’S UNION TALK by Michelle from St Wilfrid’s Hospice will be taking place on Tuesday 12 May at 7pm and is open to all, as are all their meetings. Many of us have personal experiences of the special care the hospice provides and so it is hoped for a good turnout. There will be a plate for donations on the night. DONALD TRUMP is the subject for the next meeting of Hailsham Historical and Natural History Society by the popular Tony Harris. At the meeting, popular speaker Tony Harris will be bringing his version of Donald Trump to address the audience. This is a return visit from Tony Harris, the very popular comedian and historical ‘In Character’ performer. Tony will present his new talk as Donald Trump, serving his second presidency of the United States.
