The schedule is: 9.30am Meet at Arlington Village Hall for Bacon Butties, 10.3 am The Blessing of the Tractors, 11am The Run begins. 1pm Back to Arlington Village Hall for a Ploughman’s Lunch. All times are approximate. Suggested donations £15 per head. All proceeds towards Arlington’s Pop Up Museum and the Friends of St. Pancras, Arlington. Discover this peaceful 18th-century farmhouse garden, home to artist Veronica van Eijk and Mike Lodge.
Enjoy sculptures, art, and serene spots to relax by the pond, in the wildflower meadow, or under oak trees, surrounded by wildlife.
Light refreshments available both days, with a raffle to be held on Sunday 6th July.
No stalls, dogs on leads welcome. Wheelchair accessible (some uneven surfaces).

HAILSHAM FLAMING FUN DAY

HAILSHAM FLAMING FUN DAY hosted by Hailsham Bonfire Society is this Sunday 29 June from 11am to 4pm on Hailsham Rec, Western Road. There will be live music, family entertainment, food stalls, licensed bar, arena shows, stalls and games and lots more. Go along for a fun family day out with something for everyone.

ANNUAL PHOTOGRAPHIC COMPETITION

Hailsham Photographic Society’s ever popular summer Exhibition of Prints returns to the Charles Hunt Centre Hailsham from Monday 15th to Saturday 21st June. Entry to the Exhibition is free and is open between the hours of 10am and 4pm on each day. With around 150 prints on display showcasing the very best work from the Society’s Members and covering a wide range of photographic styles and subjects there is something for everyone to come and enjoy. Ranging from creative and abstract styles through to stunning landscapes and faraway / exotic locations, street photography, portraits and a strong natural history element there is certain to be something that interests and appeals to everyone. Prints are available to purchase and in addition there will be an opportunity to enter a raffle to win your favourite image from the Exhibition. Everyone is welcome so with ample free parking available within the Town adjacent to the Charles Hunt Centre itself and refreshments available also why not come along and lose yourselves for a moment in enjoying the many wonderful images on display.
