FLAMING FAMILY FUNDAY & DOG SHOW

FLAMING FAMILY FUNDAY AND DOG SHOW is this Sunday 28 June from 11am to 4pm at Hailsham Recreation Ground, Western Road organised by Jim Bodman and Hailsham Bonfire Society. This is a FREE Event for all to enjoy and has so many things to see and do. Including a licenced bar, live music, dog show 3 to 3.30pm, fun fair, food and drink stalls, local charity stalls and much more. The Fun Dog Show is at 3pm to 3.30pm and has categories for Waggiest Tail, Best Trick and Dog that Looks Most Like its Owner. Entries cost £2 for one class or all three for £5. All entries should be made from 11am at the Tatty Matts stall. Maximum 20 entries per class. It will be judged by Tatty Matts own Tayah Willis.

CATS PROTECTION SUMMER FAIRE

This will be at Charles Hunt Centre Hailsham BN27 1BG on Sunday 5th July from 12 noon – 3 p.m. .
Please note the Adoption Centre in Marshfoot Lane will be closed to the public.
We will have lots of stalls, including Cakes and Treats, Cat Merchandise Bric-a- Brac, Raffle and Tombola, Refreshments will include meat and veggie burghers.
Entry is 50p. or a donation of cat food.
Sorry no Dogs allowed and please bring CASH only.

ARMED FORCES DAY SERVICE

ARMED FORCES DAY is being marked by a special civic service at Hailsham War Memorial this Sunday 28 June at 10.45am. Residents, veterans and members of the Royal British Legion along with representatives from Hailsham Town Council are all invited to come along and give thanks to the men and women who serve or have served in the British Armed Forces. The service will include prayers, wreath-laying and a period of reflection paying tribute to serving personnel, veterans, service families and cadets and recognising the important contribution the make in protecting and support the Nation.

WINDMILL HILL SUMMER HORTICULTURAL SHOW

Come along and take part at Windmill Hill Horticultural Society Summer Show or view all the marvellous entries and think about exhibiting for yourself next year.
