HAILSHAM FARMERS MARKET & CAFE

After the amount of rain there has been recently, it has felt like a long winter. At last, the days are lengthening and getting warm-er, a perfect time to visit Hailsham Farmers Market and buy some local products direct from the producers. There will be a lovely selection of locally reared meat, fresh eggs, honey and related products from the hive and Pam will be back with her hand made cards and boxes. As usual there will some deli-cious award-winning artisan bread and treats.
Thinking of the warmer days, it is time to get out into the garden, Wallace Plants will be there with a wide selection of bedding plants ready to be planted out.
The Market will run, whatever the weather, so please support your local farmers, producers and craftspeople. As always, there is plenty of free parking on site; pick your goods and pack your shopping straight into your car. The Market Café will also be open for traditional breakfasts and light lunches.

SUSSEX DAY

SUSSEX DAY will be celebrated in Hailsham with a free community event. Families will enjoy close-up magic, balloon modelling and a Punch and Judy show with Hailsham FM providing coverage and music. Shops and businesses will be dressing their windows for a best dressed window competition.
